Food & Beverage Processing Equipment

Houdijk’s capping and depositing equipment for cookie assembly is designed to precisely sandwich or top cookies at high throughput. The Houdijk Capper Mark II handles round, square, and rectangular shapes on 1200 mm or 1600 mm belts, achieving up to 250 base-cake or 125 sandwich rows per minute depending on product geometry. The more powerful Mark III steps up to 1600 mm or 1800 mm widths and delivers up to 360 base-cake and 180 sandwich rows per minute. Both models accommodate product sizes from 25 mm up to 130 mm for rectangular shapes, with a minimum thickness of 2.5 mm. Designed with full-option execution, they ensure consistent placement of creams, fillings, or toppings, and offer flexible belt sizing to support a variety of cookie assembly formats while maintaining hygienic, high-speed production.
