Nuspark can integrate process vision inspection systems into its robotic cells, assembly machines and process automation, or engineer them as dedicated, standalone solutions. Nuspark partners with major vision camera brands including Keyence, Cognex, Omron in developing these systems. Nuspark also employes its own in-house vision inspection experts to find the right solution to meet the application needs of the customer.

Nuspark's line of cartoning machines includes vertical rotary cartoners and horizontal linear cartoners, as well as modular robot top loaders that can be used in cartoning and case packing applications. The VRC-60 vertical rotary cartoner is fully automatic, featuring several advancements designed for better repeatability, reliability and speed while maximizing equipment versatility. Its speed is derived from a 12-position indexer that generates an output of 60 cartons per minute. The 12-station turn-table design accommodates loading, leaflet/promo feeding, coding and inspection all in one compact, 1m x 1m (3 in. x 3 in.) footprint.

Nuspark designs automatic and robotic case and tray packing equipment, including single cell case packers, single tray packers, tray formers, and robotic top loaders for cases, trays and cartons. Highlights from the Nuspark line include the NCP-25 Single Cell Case packer runs up to 25 cases per minute in a small footprint. The NTP-50 Single Cell Tray Packer uses a Delta 2-axis robot and combines three separate operations into a single unit, forming the tray/carton, loading the product, and sealing all within one frame, at rates of up to 50 trays/cartons per minute.

Nuspark supplies specialty assembly equipment including robotic assembly lines and assembly machines. Robotic assembly lines combine compact robotic cells in one line; cells can be permanently connected to each other or used as standalone cells. Nuspark’s assembly systems are designed to minimize production floor space usage and fit into the current production equipment layout. Robotic assembly line doesn't require permanent anchoring to the floor and can be relatively easily relocated to another position. Systems can be equipped with bowl feeders for automatic component loading.

Nuspark offers two palletizer models: the Polaris NP-15 palletizer and the NRP-10 robotic palletizer. The Polaris NP-15 is a fully automatic palletizer machine with an adaptable design and three-stage operation: it stages empty pallets, loads the product, and discharges the full pallet downstream, running at rates of 15 picks per minute. The RP-10 robotic palletizer can handle simultaneous loading of up to four pallets with its quadruple infeed. Automatic pallet exchange optional.
