Pneu Con provides design and engineering services tailored to meet the specific needs of demanding customers in challenging environments in various industries, including dairy, dry ingredients, coffee and tea, powders, and plastics. The process begins with conceptualization, where careful analysis of application requirements, assessment of material suitability for conveying, necessary testing, and addressing specific highlights or challenges take place. Research follows, focusing on additional system requirements and sizing based on the application and objectives. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions; everything is customized to exact specifications. The design phase involves developing detailed plans to define additional features, choose the type of conveying system (pressure or vacuum), and specify sizing for individual parts and equipment. Engineering services encompass the design and supply of equipment and systems. Upon project award, a kick-off meeting initiates the planning phase, establishing timelines and critical paths for a successful launch. Configuration follows, involving 3D drawings, layout planning, equipment lists, and control panel architectures. Once approved, the process moves to implementation, executing project steps, preparing the location and equipment, obtaining external procurements, updating schedules, and conducting a final inspection, including a factory acceptance test (FAT).
