Sanitizing & Clean-in-Place (CIP)
TMPC designs cost effective and efficient custom Clean-In-Place systems for a variety of food and beverage processes. One recent installation replaced existing equipment with modern batching equipment, automation and programming, and new CIP system for PET Plastics in Puerto Rico. TMPC designed and implemented an automated CIP system for their batching process and brought automated control to their utility systems. The result is more efficient and thorough cleaning, and less utility waste. TMPC acted as the general contractor, managing mechanical and electrical installations.
