Advantage Conveyor, Inc.
Advantage Conveyor specializes in the custom design and fabrication of singulating and combining conveyors as well as product diverting, sorting and lane switching conveyors for all industries and applications. Advantage Conveyor’s engineering staff works with clients to develop CAD drawings to their specifications. Systems can be supplied as part of a complete system or as a standalone component to fit an existing system.
Batching Systems, Inc.
Heavy duty bulk product pre-feeders and conveyors from Batching Systems are engineered to provide easy ergonomic filling, gentle non-abrasive product handling, effective disentangling and uniform product flow. Batching Systems supplies ergonomic hydraulic drop and lift load height dumpers for bulk unloading. The Sure Feed Hopper Lift consists of a shaker type vibratory feeder mounted above counting, weighing or processing equipment, on a stand that is designed to allow the feeder to drop back and tilt down to an ergonomic load height. The operator uses the hand control to bring the feeder down to load position while the counter, scale or processor continues to run, resulting in zero down time for product refill. Once filled, the operator returns the hopper to feed height to resume product delivery.
BPI Equipment
Elevating conveyors from BPI are customizable to fit the work environment and application as well as being configured to expedite workflow efficiently. Conveyor’s main structure features a 304 stainless steel construction with large lifting capacity for heavier products and high lifting capabilities for the large projects. Also features a product flow hopper for small product control and adjustable leveling feet for uneven surfaces.
Carleton Helical Technologies
HP Feedscrews can be engineered to handle a wide variety of applications for container handling: divide, combine, collate, rotate, dwell, denest, register and meter.
CLE Can Lines Engineering
Can Lines Engineering (CLE) offers a wide range of container handling systems including elevating conveyors for boxes, bottles/bans and odd-shaped containers and pallet stacking/destacking systems. Custom designed for canning lines, CLE supplies twists/fittings and cap chutes for feeding and handling empty containers to be filled.
Dillin Engineered Systems
Dillin Engineered Systems is a supplier of combiners, diverters and merges for packaging lines. Dillin’s combiners can be integrated with its full line of products and controls to provide a standalone piece of equipment or a complete, customized system. Diverters are designed for light to medium products such as trays, cartons, bottles, and can be set to run on a product count or timed basis. “No slugging” mergers can merge numerous infeed lanes to single or multiple discharge lanes and are reported by the manufacturer to be less expensive and complex than the continuous combiner.
DJS System, Inc.
Servo counter/bagger systems from DJS Systems, Inc. count and strip stacks of paper, plastic or foam cups for packaging, with a capacity of 60+ strips per minute. Using laser eyes for high speed/high accuracy counting, system features positive placement of stacks into bagger or other downstream equipment. If there is an issue, the stack is rejected left or right. DJS also designs customized, automated solutions for disposable food service product handling problems.
Garvey Corporation
Garvey supplies product and packaging handling equipment including gripper elevators and gap transporting equipment. The Gap Transporter, which when adjusted can be used for versatile applications including gap transporting, conveying, depucking, elevating, spacing, label inspecting and bottom coding. Garvey’s Gripper Elevator fits within existing conveyor lines with ease due to its minimal footprint design; it features a vulcanized gripper surface that opens or closes with a built in handwheel, from less than 1 in. to a maximum of 12 in. in separation. Custom designs for product and package handling are also available.
Kinsley Inc.
Kinsley specializes in timing screw technology. Product and package handling equipment from Kinsley includes custom timing screws, timing screw drive units, combiners and dividers, as well as custom container handling equipment and specialty timing screw applications. Kinsley's team of container handling and packaging conveyor experts serve all areas of the industry with innovative conveyor solutions for top performance container handling.
McGinn-Wilkins Automation
Morrison Container Handling Solutions
Morrison Container Handling Solutions creates products, equipment, and full line solutions to handle rigid and semi-rigid containers for all packaging applications. Morrison’s timing screws, change parts, drive units, denesters, and specialty equipment move containers for applications including, orienting, stacking, dividing, combining, denesting (for trays, cups, lids, buckets, and pots), in addition to systems for collating, grouping and stacking. Morrison also has developed timing screw drive units, change parts, and timing screws that maximize efficiency, productivity, and ensure quality outcomes for feeding and inserting applications on packaging lines. All solutions are custom designed to the customer’s container and created to move containers more efficiently and increase throughput from anything to filling, capping, corking, labeling, case packing and beyond.
Norwalt
High-speed puck loader and depucker systems handle specific orientation applications for filling products such as deodorants and shampoos. These systems run at very high speeds while delivering optimal OEE. Rather than relying on gravity and other outdated methods, Norwalt's puck loaders/depuckers use advanced tooling to craft the smartest strategy possible, working with odd sizes, irregular/asymmetrical shapes and unique designs.
Septimatech Group Inc.
Septimatech manufactures feed screws for container feeding, separation and timing; container angle necks; container dwell and orientating; container grouping, twisting, dividing, combining; container lay down and 180-degree inverting; machine-to-machine synchronization container orientation and turning; and high-speed applications. Benefits of feed screws include quick change components to reduce changeover time and standardized quick change system to reduce operator set up time and changeover time. In-house testing capabilities allow for replication of the production environment.
TDI Packsys
TDI Packsys distributes E2M rejection and separation equipment to ensure customer products and reputation are protected. Used alone, these systems can also be used in conjunction with x-ray equipment, orientation equipment and vision inspection systems, preventing problems or hazards by dividing non-conforming containers such as those with defects, damage, inconsistent fill lines and weights, and more. Featured systems include the E2M packaging divider, which allows the diversion or distribution of one-line containers in two exit lanes. TDI Packsys also distributes E2M multistep rejection systems for containers, rejection systems for products on circulating conveyors, and push rejection systems for defective containers.
