Batching Systems, Inc.
Heavy duty bulk product pre-feeders and conveyors from Batching Systems are engineered to provide easy ergonomic filling, gentle non-abrasive product handling, effective disentangling and uniform product flow. Batching Systems supplies ergonomic hydraulic drop and lift load height dumpers for bulk unloading. The Sure Feed Hopper Lift consists of a shaker type vibratory feeder mounted above counting, weighing or processing equipment, on a stand that is designed to allow the feeder to drop back and tilt down to an ergonomic load height. The operator uses the hand control to bring the feeder down to load position while the counter, scale or processor continues to run, resulting in zero down time for product refill. Once filled, the operator returns the hopper to feed height to resume product delivery.

Carleton Helical Technologies
Carleton Helical Technologies manufactures product and package handling equipment including feedscrews and denesters. HP Feedscrews can be engineered to handle a wide variety of applications for container handling: divide, combine, collate, rotate, dwell, denest, register and meter. Helical Denesters are used to separate products such as cups, bowls, or trays that are delivered in stacks. These stacks can be manually or automatically loaded into the denester. The denester will hold the stacks and mechanically separate the product one at a time for discharge onto a conveyor, platform or lead station for transport onto the next stage of its processing. These units can work as a stand-alone system dispensing containers if they are preset or can be linked to upstream and downstream equipment to work in unison for a collaborative system.

CLE Can Lines Engineering
Can Lines Engineering (CLE) offers a wide range of container handling systems including elevating conveyors for boxes, bottles/bans and odd-shaped containers and pallet stacking/destacking systems. Custom designed for canning lines, CLE supplies twists/fittings and cap chutes for feeding and handling empty containers to be filled.
Dillin Engineered Systems
Dillin Engineered Systems is a supplier of combiners, diverters and merges for packaging lines. Dillin’s combiners can be integrated with its full line of products and controls to provide a standalone piece of equipment or a complete, customized system. Diverters are designed for light to medium products such as trays, cartons, bottles, and can be set to run on a product count or timed basis. “No slugging” mergers can merge numerous infeed lanes to single or multiple discharge lanes and are reported by the manufacturer to be less expensive and complex than the continuous combiner.
DJS System, Inc.
Servo counter/bagger systems from DJS Systems, Inc. count and strip stacks of paper, plastic or foam cups for packaging, with a capacity of 60+ strips per minute. Using laser eyes for high speed/high accuracy counting, system features positive placement of stacks into bagger or other downstream equipment. If there is an issue, the stack is rejected left or right. DJS also designs customized, automated solutions for disposable food service product handling problems.
